  • Project timelines vary based on the scope and will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Clients must provide clear requirements, materials (e.g., text, logos), and approvals within the timeline to avoid delays.

3. 💰 Payments & Billing

  • All projects require at least 50% advance payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment must be made upon completion and before final delivery.

  • Payment details will be mentioned in the invoice shared with the client.

4. 🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are eligible only if the project is canceled within 3 days of payment and before any work has started.

  • No refunds will be issued once work is initiated or files are delivered.

5. 📄 Content Ownership

  • Upon full payment, all approved deliverables (designs, websites, etc.) become the property of the client.

  • Supriya Digital reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio or social media for promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. 📢 User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or our services for:

  • Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity

  • Spamming, hacking, or exploiting security vulnerabilities

  • Copying or redistributing our content without permission

  • Losses resulting from misuse of content, delays due to third-party platforms, or changes made by the client without consultation.

  • Website issues caused by hosting errors, plugins, or third-party services.
