For service-based projects such as Website Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, SEO Services, Social Media Management, and Branding Projects:

Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a refund may be provided after deducting any applicable payment gateway, processing, consultation, or administrative charges.

After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced, refunds may not be available for completed work, hours spent, resources allocated, or deliverables already provided.

Completed Projects

No refunds will be issued for projects that have been completed, delivered, approved, or accepted by the client.


3. Digital Products Refund Policy

Digital products may include Templates, Downloadable Files, Design Resources, Software Tools, E-books, Digital Documents, AI Prompt Packs, and Educational Resources.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds cannot be provided.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

After Access Is Granted

Once course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

This policy exists because course materials, videos, downloadable resources, and educational content become immediately accessible after enrollment.


5. Physical Products Return Policy

If physical products are sold through our website, the following conditions apply.
